Moneyback Guarantee

Every monthly subscription comes with a measurable service floor. If we fall short, you get that month credited or refunded.

Minimum service commitment

  • Baseline service level: You will receive at least five (5) completed tasks inside every paid monthly billing cycle once kickoff materials are provided.
  • Progress assurance: We show documented progress (outlines, drafts, QA notes, meeting recaps) on every other open task so you always know where work stands.
  • Turnaround protection: Standard tasks ship a draft within four business days, urgent tasks within two (rush fee applies), and extended/complex tasks within seven business days.

Refund or credit policy

  • If we fail to meet the baseline service level or progress assurance for a billing cycle, we will automatically issue either a full refund or a credit toward the next month—your choice.
  • No ticket is required. Our ops tooling tracks the SLA metrics and triggers outreach if your plan falls below the guarantee.
  • Prefer a different remedy? Reply to the notification email within seven days and we will tailor the make-good (pause, refund, or additional work slot).

Monitoring, holds, and adjustments

  • All turnaround windows refer to business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays).
  • Urgent categorization and rush fees are confirmed at submission time so there are no surprises.
  • If missing materials or approvals from you pause work, the guarantee clock pauses too—we document those holds in your dashboard.
