Every paid month promises at least five completed tasks plus documented progress updates on everything else in your queue. If we miss that baseline or fail to meet turnaround SLAs, we automatically credit or refund that billing cycle—no support ticket needed.
What happens if you fall behind the SLA?
We monitor every task against the standard/urgent/extended timelines. If we ever slip (and we’re not waiting on materials), your account manager alerts you, resets priorities, and the guarantee kicks in. When a delay is caused by missing inputs from you, we pause the clock and log it inside the task history.
